About Gretchen

I’m a 5x Certified Life Coach specializing in mindset, alcohol freedom, and intentional habit design.

I work with self-aware, growth-oriented people who are ready to raise their standards — not just in theory, but in practice. My coaching blends cognitive reframing, neuroscience-informed tools, and structured behavioral strategy to create change that actually lasts.

Because insight without action doesn’t transform anything.

My Own Transformation

I didn’t build this work from the sidelines.

I worked closely with my own coach to dismantle perfectionism, unlearn limiting beliefs, and replace self-sabotage with sustainable coping strategies. I learned how to regulate my nervous system, reframe my internal dialogue, and build habits that support who I want to become.

Progress isn’t linear. There’s no final destination. Personal development is a lifelong practice — and I consider myself my most important ongoing project.

In March 2024, I chose to live alcohol-free. That decision reshaped my clarity, confidence, and capacity in ways I couldn’t have predicted. It also deepened my understanding of behavior change at the neurological level — not just motivationally, but practically.

Neurodivergence & Structure

I am ADHD and proudly neurodivergent. I don’t view it as a limitation — I view it as a strategic advantage.

Understanding how my brain works forced me to build systems instead of relying on willpower. That’s one reason I love working with neurodivergent clients. I understand the intensity, the creativity, the hyperfocus, and the executive dysfunction — and I help translate all of it into structure that works.

The Evolution

In 2024, I launched The Pink Cloud Collective — an online community focused on alcohol freedom and growth.

In March 2025, after earning five life coaching certifications, I began working one-on-one with clients who were ready for deeper transformation.

Before coaching, I spent a decade self-employed as a graphic and web designer. That experience sharpened my eye for clarity, systems, and thoughtful design — principles I now apply to personal development.

In 2023, I purchased and renovated a 1960s cottage in Upstate New York — a project that mirrors how I approach growth: from the foundation up.

Beyond Coaching

I’m creative by nature. I paint, play piano and drums, garden, decorate, and build things with my hands. I believe growth should expand your life — not shrink it.

Coaching wasn’t a dramatic pivot. It was a natural evolution of work I’ve been doing on myself for years.

If you’re here, you likely already know you’re capable of more.

The question isn’t whether change is possible.
It’s whether you’re ready to build it intentionally.
