Raise Your Standards. Build the Life That Matches.
With clarity, structure, and honest accountability, you can create lasting change — intentionally.
With clarity, structure, and honest accountability, you can create lasting change — intentionally.
Your thoughts create your reality — whether you realize it or not.
Managing your mind is a learned skill. When you understand how your beliefs and subconscious patterns shape your behavior, you can start making choices that align with who you actually want to become.
Together, we’ll dismantle limiting beliefs, rewire unhelpful thinking patterns, and replace reactive coping mechanisms with intentional ones that support lasting growth.
If alcohol feels harder to ignore than you’d like, you’re not broken — you’re conditioned.
Willpower isn’t the solution. Understanding the pattern is.
Through neuroscience, subconscious reprogramming, and strategic thought work, I help you change the beliefs and emotional loops that drive drinking — so reducing or eliminating alcohol feels natural, not forced.
No deprivation.
No shame.
Just clarity and control.
If motivation were enough, you’d already be where you want to be.
Success isn’t built on bursts of discipline. It’s built on systems.
Your habits determine your identity — and your outcomes. When designed intentionally, they remove friction, reduce decision fatigue, and make growth automatic instead of exhausting.
We don’t rely on willpower.
We build structure that works.
If love is so clearly better, why doesn’t someone “just choose” it?
There is a clean line that separates high value people from losers.
Avoidants often give love in intermittent doses. Just enough warmth to keep you hooked. Just enough distance to keep you chasing.
I felt myself becoming more mentally resilient, optimistic and confident.

“Working with Gretchen has been nothing short of life-changing.
I was questioning my relationship with alcohol and struggling with finding the right approach. Gretchen was able to provide deep insight into my individual situation via our conversations.
She was supportive in every way and offered me several alternatives to further implement on my new journey to alcohol cessation. She guided me to break free in a way that felt empowering and sustainable.
Gretchen is compassionate, non-judgemental and empathetic to each individual's situation and goals. She provided not only practical tools, but also unwavering support that helped me rebuild my confidence in my ability to make a lasting change.
I have not only reduced my alcohol consumption significantly but also rediscovered my strength and purpose. If you are ready to change your life, I cannot recommend Gretchen enough. She is a true partner in transformation.”

“Working with Gretchen has been such a great experience. One of my biggest goals was to start exercising and actually stick with it, and she's helped me create a plan that feels doable. I’ve already started, and for the first time, I feel confident I can keep it up.
She’s super knowledgeable, encouraging, and great at helping me shift my mindset, all while being just a genuinely nice and relatable person to talk to.
I struggle with ADHD, and she's helped me understand how habits can work for me. One of the biggest takeaways was realizing I don’t have to force myself into workouts I don’t enjoy (like lifting weights at the gym at 6 AM), just because that works for other people. Instead, she encouraged me to focus on what does work, like group classes where I can build a sense of community and accountability.
If you’re really ready to make a change, Gretchen will help you get there in a way that actually fits you. I’m feeling way more optimistic and capable of sticking with this long-term, and I’d absolutely recommend working with her!”

Gretchen helped me regain focus and direction.
Her freelance background also gives her entrepreneurial knowledge. I recommend Gretchen to anyone looking to build and enhance any career goals. Her expertise, positivity, and strategic insights have made a significant impact on my professional growth.”

I’m a 5x Certified Life Coach specializing in mindset, alcohol freedom, and habits for success.
I work with driven, self-aware people who are ready to raise their standards — not just intellectually, but behaviorally. My approach blends cognitive reframing, neuroscience-informed tools, and structured habit strategy to create lasting, measurable change.
Growth isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about becoming aligned.
My own transformation didn’t happen by accident. I worked closely with an alcohol-free coach to dismantle perfectionism, unlearn self-sabotage, and develop healthier coping strategies. I’ve also learned how to structure my ADHD brain to work for me — not against me.
Progress isn’t linear. There’s no finish line. Personal development is a lifelong practice — and I consider myself my most important ongoing project.
In March 2025, after earning five life coaching certifications, I began working one-on-one with clients who were ready to do the same intentional work.
Before coaching, I spent a decade self-employed as a graphic designer — which sharpened my eye for design, structure, and clarity. In 2023, I renovated a 1960s cottage in Upstate New York, a project that reflects the way I approach transformation: thoughtfully, creatively, and from the foundation up.
Coaching wasn’t a pivot. It was an evolution.
